As Technical Director and Senior Engineer with The Galli Group, I manage a wide range of engineering projects from initial client contact through final deliverables. My work includes geotechnical investigation, design, and report writing. As Technical Director, I provide engineering oversight for laboratory, construction testing, and inspection services. I directly oversee all laboratory and field technician work, including scheduling, specification clarification, and review of inspection reports. I am committed to ensuring our company maintains the highest quality standards, including technical competence and providing reliable results and impartiality to our clients.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls and am a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon. Beyond the office, I’m an active member of the engineering community. Serving as Vice President of the Rogue Valley Chapter of the Professional Engineers of Oregon (PEO), as well as on the Scholarship Committee for the State PEO Board, and Math Counts volunteer. I’m also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers.

What I appreciate most about The Galli Group is its friendly, family-oriented, and flexible environment. It’s a workplace where collaboration thrives and people truly enjoy what they do. Outside of work, I love to cook and bake (especially for family gatherings) and enjoy attending concert/sport live events. I have two grown children and recently welcomed my first grandchild, a new and joyful chapter in life! I’m continually inspired by the natural beauty of Southern Oregon… the Rogue River, the mountains, the lakes, and the easy drives to the coast. And when it’s time to unwind, you’ll find me at home, relaxing with a new book.
